What is included in a Premium Gel Name Label Kit?
Each standard kit includes:
- 2 premium 5×7 gel label sheets
- 56 personalized labels
- 1 clear storage pocket
- 1 precision tweezer
- 1 application squeegee
- 2 clear acrylic keychains as a bonus gift

Where can I use the labels?
Gel labels work best on clean, dry, smooth surfaces such as:
- Water bottles and tumblers

- Sports and activity equipment
For best results, avoid applying them to fabric, silicone, or heavily textured surfaces.
Are the gel labels waterproof?
Yes. Once properly applied and fully set, the gel labels are designed to withstand everyday water exposure. Allow the adhesive to set for at least 48 hours before washing.
For the longest-lasting results, avoid soaking the item or scrubbing directly over the label.
How do I apply the labels?
- Clean and completely dry the surface.
- Peel the label carefully using the included tweezer.
- Position the label and press it firmly into place.
- Use the included squeegee to secure the edges.
- Wait at least 48 hours before washing.
Do not reposition the label repeatedly, as this may weaken the adhesive.
Personalization
How do I enter the name for my order?
Enter the name exactly as you would like it printed in the personalization field on the product page. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation before adding the item to your cart.
We print the personalization exactly as submitted.
How do you adjust the name text to fit the label?
We carefully adjust the font size and layout based on the length of each name. Shorter names are displayed on one line, while longer names may be arranged on two lines to keep the text clear, balanced, and easy to read.
Can I use more than one name in a standard kit?
A standard Gel Name Label Kit is personalized with one name. If you need labels for two or more children, please select one of our Sibling or Family Bundle options so each child can receive their own personalized set.
Can I change the name after placing my order?
Please contact us immediately at info@lianaprojects.com. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, changes, cancellations, or returns cannot be accepted after production begins.
Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
Processing and Shipping
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most personalized orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Processing may take slightly longer during busy seasons, including back-to-school.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. U.S. delivery generally takes between 3–10 business days after production, depending on the selected service.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Will my order include tracking?
Tracking is included with eligible shipping upgrades. Economy letter-mail orders may not include tracking unless a tracked shipping method is selected at checkout.
Returns and Order Issues
Can personalized products be returned or exchanged?
Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are created specifically using the information submitted with your order.
Please review all names and customization details carefully before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lianaprojects.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.
What if I entered the wrong name or spelling?
Liana Projects is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect personalization details submitted with an order. Please carefully review all information before completing checkout.
