Liana Projects specializes in custom and personalized items.

• You are responsible for providing accurate text, spelling, names, colors, and other personalization details.

• Please check your order carefully and communicate clearly with us before production starts.

• Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In general, custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except in limited cases such as a clear production defect caused by us.

6. Standard Products, Defects & Replacements

For standard (non-custom) items:

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@lianaprojects.com within the time specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

• We may request photos and order details to review your claim.

• If approved, we will provide a replacement or other remedy as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Bulk, wholesale, or group orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Liana Projects and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
