Customized & Personalized Items
All customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Because these items are made specifically according to your instructions, we cannot accept returns due to:

Standard (Non-Custom) Products
For standard, non-custom items, we accept replacement requests only in the case of:

Bulk Orders & Group Orders
All bulk, wholesale, or group orders are final sale.
